Welcome to Doctors Hospital Virtual Urgent Care

Virtual visits are FREE of charge. This service is available to patients physically in New Providence, Grand Bahama, or Exuma.

How it works

1. Click Book An Appointment.

2. Select Virtual Urgent Care and choose First Available or a time during our posted hours.

3. Complete the brief intake and telehealth consent form.

4. Before your appointment, click "Start Appointment" to initiate your visit with the Physician (Note: you can join your appointment up to 15 mins prior to your appointment time).

5. After the visit, your Physician will direct any next steps, including the delivery of any prescriptions (if necessary) and/or the arrangement of an in-person visit if necessary. 

Have handy/prepared to share:

• Medications you are currently taking
• Any allergies you may have
• Your insurance card (optional, not required)

IMPORTANT: If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, severe bleeding, stroke symptoms, or another emergency, call 919 or 911 (Ambulance Services) or go to the nearest Emergency Department.
